Fiona Daly YOGA

Allow Yoga to take you on a journey of exploration and discovery, cultivating Self awareness, developing creativity from within, through the expression of pranayama, asana and relaxation, and allow yourself to be free and just be.

HI, my name is Fiona and I teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Sivananda Yoga in Eastbourne after relocating from South London in 2013.

Classes include pranayama, creative asana, and relaxation, are organic; no two classes are identical. I encourage the individual to ‘be in the moment’, to practice and evolve at their own pace.

Classes are suitable for all levels; from beginner to the more advanced yogi.

Find me at Yoga Life Studio, The Stables, 25 South Street, Eastbourne BN21 4UP.  Click here for times and locations.

Whatever your level or length of yoga practice, come along to inspire, be inspired, laugh and discover the many benefits of yoga in warm and welcoming environment.

Yoga is suitable for all ages and you are never too old to start. What’s stopping you?

HI Everyone!

I am still in the process of revamping my website

with a new host, so please bear with me. As with

Yoga, I am on on a journey of technological

self discovery, exploring new buttons, clicks

and text boxes. We learn something new each day,

and just like yoga, its practice, patience,

peserverance and a touch of perspiration.

In the meantime, I look forward to see you, whether you are a seasoned regular or a new face. I welcome you.

With love and gratitude,

Fiona
