Fiona Daly YOGA
About Fiona
I first encountered and fell in love with yoga in 1996 and have been teaching since 2006. After a long and personal practice I qualified as a Sivananda Yoga Acharya in 2006 in France, later training in Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Claire Missingham in 2010 in London. I have also studied prenatal and postnatal yoga with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Yoga Nidra with Uma her husband, Nirlipta Tuli, and further studied with world renowned teachers, Donna Farhi, Tias Little, Shiva Rea, Meghan Currie and Ray Long. However, my most inspirational teachers, are my students.
I am accustomed to teaching to varied levels, ages and abilities, beginners to advanced and encourage the individual student to develop and evolve at their own pace, meeting the needs of their current place of ‘being’.
My vibrant personality shines through in classes, which are oftern filled with laughter and always with love.
Having explored many forms of yoga over the years, my heart lies with the flowing, organic and often dynamic form of Vinyasa Flow Yoga, though I'm never far from my Sivananda roots.
Besides my love of yoga, I'm a vegan with a deep passion for dark chocolate. In 2013 I relocated from London for the sunny climate of Eastbourne where I share my home with my partner and "creatures".
I'm also a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals.
Full liability insurance held.

The moment is never lasting, ever changing, crazy amazing. Love it, live it. Create. Be!.
